Want Proof?

Have you ever without any warning yelled at, cursed, called them nasty names, belittled them, put them down, all while you were also shouting out that they do not exist; run up to and get into the face of and seriously talked with any presidents, kings or queens lately?

Making an on demand meeting request of a president, king, or queen on your terms especially while doing those things above wouldn’t get you a visit with any of them would it? People meet presidents, kings, and queens on the terms that the president, king, and queen set. There’s a defined protocol to go through before anyone sees a president, king, and queen and those who don’t follow it, don’t get a visit with them. Even sometimes after going through the proper protocols the president, king, or queen still may not meet with you.

God is the King of all kings and has His protocol which requires our honesty in seeking the truth. God considers being yelled at, cursed, called nasty names, being belittled, putdown, and told that He doesn’t exist as not an honest seeking of truth.

God respects our freedom. If and only if we love the truth with our heart, our mind, and soul will we find the truth about God. The choice to seek for the truth is a free choice. And all honest seekers find. The verses below come from the Holy Bible and each claim – that all seekers find God.

Deuteronomy 4:29 – But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul.

Jeremiah 29:13 – You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Proverbs 8:17 – I love those who love me; And those who diligently seek me will find me.

Skeptic or not, if you are honest about finding the truth, politely ask God to fulfill His promise that all who seek Him will find Him. In His own time, of course. He promised that you will find, but He did not promise a schedule. God’s a lover, not a commuter bus.

  1. Yeah. That didn’t work too well for the thousands and thousands of faithful people who lost everything to the earthquake in Haiti, the recent hurricane Irma, and all the many other natural disasters your “god” decided not only not to turn up for, it decided to let fly, in spite – and I do mean SPITE – of all those millions of prayers.

    So yeah. #nosuchthing

    • Luke 13: 2-5 Jesus answered, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.”

Luke 13:22-30 Then Jesus went through the towns and villages, teaching as he made his way to Jerusalem. Someone asked him, “Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?”

He said to them, “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, ‘Sir, open the door for us.’

“But he will answer, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from.’

“Then you will say, ‘We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.’

“But he will reply, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!’

“There will be weeping there, and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves thrown out. People will come from east and west and north and south, and will take their places at the feast in the kingdom of God. Indeed there are those who are last who will be first, and first who will be last.”

WriterWriter, are you going to chose to go through the narrow door? It’s a choice only you can make for yourself. If you don’t make a choice, it’s making the choice to perish.
